Start the New Year With a Simple Home Inspection Checklist

Published on December 18th.

As the year comes to a close, it is a good time to reset, not just personally, but at home as well. A short walk-through now can help catch small issues before they turn into expensive problems in the year ahead.

This New Year checklist is designed for homeowners to use as a preventative inspection. Grab a pen, walk your home, and check off what looks good and what may need attention. If you find anything concerning, Chris and the team at Golden Wave Painting & Renovations are here to help.
